Privacy Policy

Last updated: October 2026

This policy explains how VPNPJ handles data across its website, user panel, and subscription services, and how users can manage their information.

Account Information and How It Is Used

VPNPJ registration does not require an email address; a username and password are enough. This service processes usernames, password credentials used for authentication, and account status to provide login, deliver plans, and manage accounts. The registration process does not ask for an email address.

When a support ticket is submitted, this service processes the issue description, screenshots, and relevant account information the user provides to investigate the problem and respond to the request. Do not include passwords, complete subscription links, or personal information unrelated to the issue in a ticket.

Order records include plan selections, amounts, payment status, transaction identifiers, and refund records. They are used to verify entitlements, address payment issues, and resolve order disputes.

No-Logs Policy and Operational Data

VPNPJ follows a no-logs policy. It does not record which websites users visit through encrypted routes, store browsing content, browsing history, or traffic payloads, or maintain connection logs that can be used to trace an individual's browsing activity.

Temporary status data needed to establish connections, authenticate users, and measure traffic is used only to handle the current connection. It is not retained as personal connection history after the connection ends. Account traffic totals and plan status are used for billing and entitlement management and do not include details of access destinations.

To maintain the service, this service may process aggregated operational status and necessary error information. Troubleshooting records should not contain browsing content, passwords, or subscription credentials, and should be cleared once the issue is resolved if there is no ongoing need to retain them.

Website Analytics and Browser Storage

Website analytics help us understand page usage, referral sources, and interactions. They may involve information such as page addresses, referring pages, and browser and device types. Analytics for the marketing website are handled separately from activity on encrypted routes and are not used to build profiles of users' browsing content.

Cookies and local storage help maintain login sessions, save language preferences, and store necessary interface settings. When website analytics are enabled, they may also be used to identify on-site visits. Login credentials are sensitive information; avoid keeping a login session active on shared devices.

Users can restrict cookies or clear this website's storage in their browser settings. After clearing it, they may need to log in again, and preferences will be reset. These actions do not automatically delete server-side account or order records.

Third-Party Payments and Data Sharing

This service supports Alipay / WeChat / USDT. Payments are processed by the relevant third-party provider or network, whose own rules govern how transaction information is collected and stored. VPNPJ receives the transaction results needed to verify orders and does not ask users to submit payment account passwords to this service.

Necessary data is shared with relevant processors only when required to deliver the service, process payments, resolve support tickets, or meet applicable legal obligations. Third parties should process information for the corresponding purposes. This service does not sell personal information or use account information in advertising transactions unrelated to the service.

Data Retention and Deletion Requests

Account information is retained while account features are provided. Order, refund, and dispute records are retained as needed to fulfill obligations, verify transactions, and meet applicable legal requirements. Analytics and troubleshooting information is kept only for as long as needed for its purpose, with no extended retention unrelated to that purpose.

Users can log in to the panel and use the support ticket portal to request access to, correction of, or deletion of account-related information. Account ownership may need to be verified before processing; no password is needed for a request.

Once a deletion request is completed, information that is no longer needed will be deleted or anonymized. Information that must be retained by law or relates to an unresolved order or dispute will be restricted to the necessary purposes and cleared once the reason for retention ends. Remaining information in backups will be removed through the normal cleanup process.

Policy Updates and Privacy Questions

VPNPJ may revise this policy to reflect service features and applicable requirements, and will update the date on this page. Significant changes to processing purposes, data types, or user rights will be announced through the website or user panel. Where separate consent is legally required, it will be obtained as required.

For questions about this policy, data use, or the outcome of a deletion request, contact us through a panel support ticket. Rules for using accounts and subscriptions are available in the Terms of Service.
